Autoscribe continually strives to improve both its products and the service that it provides to the users of the Matrix LIMS software.
To monitor our performance we conduct annual user surveys in both USA and the UK. The surveys include questions relating to the software quality, system documentation, system implementation, support response and accuracy and our training performance.
In addition the survey included the question “What do you like most about your Matrix system?” 58% of users voted for flexibility and system configuration and 13% for ease of use. The full analysis is included in the report.
The latest survey, conducted in the USA by Zumatrix Inc., was circulated to 135 users and 43 responses were received – an excellent 32%. All the results from all 43 users are included in the survey which includes comparisons back to 2006 when the surveys were started.
For the first time Autoscribe has decided to publish these results and a full copy of the survey is available on request. We believe that this is the first time that a survey of this type has been made available by a LIMS company.
The next UK survey is about to start and anyone requesting a copy of the USA survey will be sent a copy of the UK document when available.
