Dionex Corporation is pleased to announce the release of the IonPac® AS22-Fast anion-exchange column designed for fast, isocratic separation of the common inorganic anions in simple sample matrices including drinking water, surface water, and groundwater, using carbonate eluents.

The column has identical selectivity to the IonPac AS22 column and is available in 4 × 150 mm and 2 × 150 mm formats. The shorter column format decreases dead volume, translating into faster run times than a standard AS22 column; it also allows higher flow rates, accelerating run times even further. With the AS22-Fast column, seven common anions can be separated in less than 3 minutes.
