The ProPac SCX-20 column has a strong cationexchange surface chemistry on a unique nonporous pellicular resin, together providing exceptionally high resolving power, permitting the separation of protein variants that differ by as little as one charged residue. Hydrophobic interactions with the resin are essentially eliminated for very efficient peaks. A proprietary grafted cation-exchange surface provides pH selectivity control resulting in highresolution separations.
