Electric Rotary Valves and Isolation Valves from Bio-Chem Fluidics at Pittcon

Bio-Chem Fluidics' new line of Electric Rotary Valves provides inert fluid paths for sample collection, loop injection or flow path selection applications. The valves' precision machining eliminates flow path restrictions and provides a lower pressure drop than conventional solenoid mixing valves. The new line of valves is designed for OEM customers, with standard configurations matching the most commonly found applications. The valves' ¼"- 28 UNF fluid port connections allow easy integration into the most sophisticated systems. Solenoid Isolation Valves feature highly inert fluid paths for use with aggressive chemicals. The valves' working parts are isolated from the corrosive fluid path with a flexible diaphragm, allowing longer operation. Valves are available in a wide range of standard configurations optimized for OEM systems or customized to fit the exact application. Standard valves achieve pressure ratings up to 30 psi while custom versions have been produced to withstand pressures up to 500 psi. Pittcon 2011 marks Bio-Chem Fluidics' 25th anniversary of its first custom, inert solenoid valve for analytical chemistry instrumentation.
