As the only service centre in the UK authorised to service Pipetman pipettes, the Gilson centre prides itself on using only genuine Gilson parts on every repair order. This ensures optimum functionality of each pipette with the aim of matching its performance to original specifications. Each Service Technician receives extensive training by skilled Gilson employees who work directly with the manufacturing process and is therefore an expert at inspecting, calibrating and repairing pipettes. Gilson certified Technicians calibrate the pipettes to manufacturer specifications, which are in fact, up to two times tighter that standard ISO 8655 specifications. By offering a range of tailored service plans, the new Gilson Service Centre of Excellence allows customers to choose a service plan which specifically meets their needs and budget.
