Pre-capped sample storage tubes from Micronic Europe are manufactured under US Federal standard 209E Class 7 cleanroom conditions to ensure cleanliness and sterility.

Available with a choice of Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) caps - Micronic pre-capped tubes also offer busy laboratories a convenient and cost effective way of minimising the time spent on capping sample storage tubes. Micronic pre-capped tubes feature internal double rings at their top for securing caps in place and prevent popping during freeze/thaw cycles. Tubes are available in U- or V-bottom interior shapes and 0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml, 1.40ml, 2.50ml, and 7.50ml volumes.

For laboratories looking for high integrity storage of samples down to 196ºC, Micronic also offers a range of screw top tube to suit almost any application. To optimise use of valuable freezer storage space - 96 individual tubes can be stored in a Micronic Lobo Rack or Robo Rack. Incorporating a novel 'single turn' capping mechanism - accessing and securing samples in Micronic screw top tubes is a simple and rapid process. To prevent tubes from rotating during opening and closing each screw top tube includes a novel anti-twist feature.

Micronic provides 100% quality control on all its 2D bar coded storage tubes. All barcodes are laser-etched and are permanent, resisting solvent attack and wear; 2D barcodes also have a human-readable code.

All Micronic consumables are manufactured in a Class 10,000 clean room and are RNase, DNase, and Pyrogen free -- suitable for the most sensitive biological samples. Micronic consumables are also available sterile (gamma irradiated).
