Its space-saving nine plate-position footprint has been designed to fit inside a standard laminar flow hood, enabling automated liquid handling for cell-based assays or hazardous reagent handling. The Bravo uses high-accuracy pipette heads for dispensing from 100 nl to 200 ul in 96, 384, and 1536 well formats or to a single column or row of any of these plate types. Pipette heads can be changed in minutes, and numerous platepad options are available to enable a wide range of assays. In addition the uniquely open design of the Bravo platform permits access from all sides for simple integration with other devices and unencumbered standalone use. The Bravo is designed for high reliability and durability, performing consistently while providing industry leading speed and precision. The Bravo platform is powered by VWorks Automation Control software with its outstanding event driven scheduler, easy-to-use interface, and innovative error recovery technology, ensuring complete control is easy for all levels of operators.
